I just added a raw shrimp in to start the cycle !! What do you guys use to cycle and why ?

Saltwater Aquarium
I use a shrimp in conjunction with a bacteria source like brightwell micobacter7 (MB7) , Bio Spira, etc. if starting fresh with dry rock.
 
Nice sized tank!
