About to be setting up a 34g Frag tank and am looking for recommendations from others. Was thinking about going bare-bottom and using T5s on this build. I wanted to give something a little different a try. Which is why I wanted bare-bottom and T5s. Really looking to get fast growth out of the mixed reef frag tank. Thanks in advance!!

Is the frag tank going to be plumbed in-line with the rest of your system?

Going bare bottom in a frag tank is pretty easy and helps keep things clean. You do need something for the bacteria to colonize, like bio bricks/plates live rock, something, but you haven't said if it is going to be an all in one or if you plan on running a sump or what.

Looking at T5s, I was thinking the ATI Sunpower 4. Would this be powerful enough for some good growth?

My fault. It will have an eshopps r-100 gen 1 sump.
