you guys using PETG for stuff that gets wet and PLA for stuff that don't?
The biggest factor is no matter how well you have your PETG dialed in, you'll be hard pressed to get a finish that rivals PLA. So when temperature and submerging the final piece in salt water isn't a factor, my go to is PLA.

Everything else is PETG...

PLA is totally fine. I've had some PLA in my tank for over a year and I cant see any issues (not saying much though).
Use the PLA... instead of cleaning it every quarter just reprint and 'recycle' it.

Hi All,

Any chance anyone has STL files for these plug stands? I’ve been searching on thingverse and other sites but no luck. TIA!

Does anyone here make/sell something similar to the in tank Biocube 32 media basket?
I offer this that I could resize or redesign for your needs.
I’m also open to copying a basket if you have pics/measurements.

Hey Sam… I’m curious as to the largest size you can print. If I recall correctly you upgraded one of your machines to a larger size. Anyways, I believe the size of the basket @EeyoreIsMySpiritAnimal is looking for is 17" Tall · 3-1/2" Wide · 3-1/8" Deep.

@EeyoreIsMySpiritAnimal I am currently working on a design for the Coralife Biocube 32. Not exactly like the inTank one though. It will be bigger and fill up the 2nd chamber so you can use filter floss across the top and put other media in the basket. Maybe even macroalgae.

I attached a prototype of what I am talking about. Still perfecting it though.
