I'm always game for plant spam. I might have a little myself.
Happily!
Would love the Coral and Plant spam. There’s nothing like seeing how plants and corals crow and take similar forms!

Plants, what's up with the name change, lol?
This :)
Gunna start having some plant spam as well as coral/fish/inverts just to keep this alive whilst nothings really going on.
Echeveria sp.

I’ve not really noticed this previously but they grow similar to some of the Plating Corals like Montipora capricornis.

Has the new rockscape been working for ya? Esthetics, no detritus buildup, flow, caves?
It’s been working perfectly! Getting an FTS this weekend (I forgot yesterday unfortunately). It’s certainly beautiful to look at and I’m sure when I find more NPS I’ll be making great use of the now much larger caves.

Your rock scape:

Its Beautiful Reaction GIF

It’s a work of art!
Thankyou, I’m sure if I can fit the deresa into this tank once it grows some more (And it’s really been pushing growth recently) it’ll be perfect!

You know how I said not much is going on in this tank… I maybe got something extra to go with a Pistol Shrimp I have been waiting to grab for 2 weeks (The Pistol is for the 3’ nano but the second is for this tank). P.S. it’s an invert I’ve not seen in a while over here but it is known for being iffy with sessile inverts and smaller fish so I have hopes it won’t go pear shaped.

So far so good, the Halichoeres have totally ignored the new invert. Currently he’s just hugging the back wall but I mean Atleast I can see him more often whilst he settles. Also, if you didn’t figure it out… I got a Sally Lightfoot Crab :)

I know I said I’d get an FTS this weekend but I forgot to so I got one today. This rock scape is aesthetically pleasing, it’s a shame I have so many fish infront of it in this FTS

Also, I finally dug out the algae clip (I hid it because I hated it when my foxface pulled it down every time). And it seems that having the suction part out of the water is working so I’ll start giving them algae to feed on during the day. It was intended for the Foxface, Angel, Blenny and Tang but instead the wrasses and CBB are going for it. I mean, if it’s giving those guys nutrients then I’m not complaining. The flasher loves it and so does the naoko.

And just because… A bit of the Christmas cactus :)

sometimes I wish we could just completely submerge these plants as I bet the swaying in the current would look beautiful.

Look who’s out tonight. Displaying the reason I got him too.
That beautifully neon green band around his face is the reason I got him (I’m also saying him as we sexed him in the LFS). Appears to be loving the algae growth in the rockwork, all he’s doing is picking it constantly.

There are some beautiful inverts out there, would love to hear some more unusual ones you like (Both for an SPS tank and this Softie/LPS tank).

There’s a reason I love the simple patterned fish, and it’s because their scales add so much more. I love seeing the scales of fish because they really do shine in the light. I just find that actually seeing the scales adds so much more to a fish’s pattern.

Also, my Christmas Cactus has got its first flower fully opened. I don’t think I’ve seen the flower of a Christmas Cactus in a long time.

Yeah, going off of a photo of my guy was hell but eventually he let me get a better photo.
We need pics of your masterpiece once it's done. Are you going to enter it in the pumpkin contest?
