40 breeder frag tank

I'm looking for a budget light for a 40 breeder but not sure what a good light would be. I've been looking at the Blade coral grow, the 50/50 XHO, and the NICREW 150w reef light.

What would be the best? How many would I need if i got a specific one? If there's others out there that are better let me know!!

I personally like Reef Bright lights, and Current USA lights. Both are pretty friendly on the wallet in comparison to other brands. I use Current USA IC Pro, 2 blades, and 2 reef bright Atinic XHO, just for the color pop. I mainly have LPS and some mushrooms, and all are happy and growing.
