With it the goal of having it a mixed reef, what size dc return pump should I be looking at?

The sump is a trigger 34, has a skimmer and a fuge. The uv and reactor are on a manifold with its own pump.

I am not sure if I should be going for 2x,5x, or 10x turn over

With the dc pumps I know you can adjust accordingly, I just don’t want to get one to big or to small that’s why I am asking you fine people

What is your overflow rated at would be a good starting point maybe. I've never calculated xx turn over so I can't comment on that.
I'm happy with my jebao dcp pumps. Very quite and controllable but no wifi or Bluetooth. I tore down a tank with a dcp 3500 that ran for 5 years without a cleaning. I have a 5000 at 2 years and a 15000 but it's only been running a year. They are cheap enough I keep backups of all.

I had the return pump on the wave setting that’s why it was all over the place. I switched it to the normal setting and adjusted it and it’s now silent

So I don’t need to replace the pump after all

I feel like a total idiot, the past week I have been trying to figure out why my tank was loud as the water was seems to be gurgling in the sump.

Now I can’t hear anything

Saved me some money
