Hello everyone I’m building a 40 gallon tank and if anyone wants to keep up with the progress I will be posting it on here. Any ideas for the stocking? I want this to be a nice display tank along side my 60 gallon freshwater discus tank in my room. I want some colorful fish if possible. I am planning to either drill the tank or use a overflow box to fun down to the sump. I am trying to decide either to buy a 45 gallon tank and stand or make a 40 gallon tank and just buy a stand, what would you recommend? Hopefully this will be fun! Going to have to be consistent with work now to be able to afford this project!:p

Good luck, you should look for a used setup in your local area you can save some money that way.
