Well after a whole lot of nonsense, I finally have my tank running and just about the way I want it. The tank is a 45g RR cube with a ~9g sump. Currently have an 8 X 54 watt T5 fixture over the tank, and planning a DIY LED build in the near future. I'm using a SWC Xtreme 150 BMK Protein Skimmer that admittedly I cannot dial in to save my life. I have two mp10w es' in the tank and am currently using an Aquatronica controller. There's about 40 lbs of live rock in the display and another 25lbs in the sump. There's 60lbs of sand in the tank and here's the current inhabitant list

Fish:
• Hippo Tang – 1 (Don't worry he's a baby, and will be relocated when he's large enough)

Coral:
• LPS
o Rainbow Lobo
o Green Torch
o Duncan
o Acans
 Red Blue and Purple
• Zoas
o Green Bay Packers
o Orange Chaos
o Nuclear Green
o Captain America
o Blue Implosions
o Purple Passion
o Sunny Ds
o Ring of Toxins
o Speckled Rainbow
o Rastas
o Purple Deaths
• Soft
o Rainbow Ricordea
• SPS
o Green cap
o tyree flowerpetal cap
o leng sy cap
o sour apple nest
o Ora bird of paradise nest
o Rainbow pocillopora
• Inverts
• Shrimp
o Mated Pair of Harlequins

Enough talking onto the pics. I'll post a more current FTS tomorrow when the lights come back on.
Unfortunately I lost the pair of Banggai Cardinals while I was away for the weekend.
Please excuse the maxijet in the pics, my power supplies fried on the vortechs and they were down for the day... sure does look funny in there:wink:

Thanks guys! It's crazy how different the tank looks now. And I'm picking up a bunch of corals tomorrow, so it's gonna look even better! Can't wait until the lights kick on to show you guys.

Hahaha! You win this round for sure, and by this round I mean: water circulating in the tank, fish swimming, coral... Hmm I think that is all the rounds.

Good work. Can't wait to see some sweet acans and favias in there!!!

Haha wait until you see what I got today! I picked up a ton of corals, some are huge! Tomorrow I promise to have pics. This tank is really filling up with coral quickly, it's still only 3 weeks old.

Well as promised here some pictures for you guys. I just added a cleaner shrimp, a couple blasto frags, an awesome purple sea fan, a bunch of awesome acan frags, and a nice sized pink birds nest. Sorry about the quality, they were rushed before I left the house. I just wanted to have something to post... It seems the only free time I have lately is after the lights are out ha.

Just some updates, got an Apex Jr on the tank now. It's a learning process but I'm definitely liking all the new features and capabilities. I have an EB8, PM2 and a conductivity(Salinity) probe on the way too. Can't wait for that to get here, and the best part is it's all controllable on my iphone! If only I could figure out how to configure my router and set it up on the internet, and not just my local network...

Looks great Nate! Nice scape!

Thanks! Seems there's slight rockfalls all the time. It goes back and forth between a couple positions haha.

Got a couple new additions, A Blue Spot Jawfish, Tail Spot Blenny, A coco worm, and a Christmas feather duster. Also put in my DIY Jawfish house and like how things look now. I just placed a HUGE order with AquaSD, can't freaking wait until Wed. Also have box full of Apex accessories coming tomorrow including an EB8, PM2, and a conductivity probe! It's going to be a good week for the tank
Enough talking though..
Jawfish House (Got the idea from another reefer who's name escapes me now)

Added a whole bunch of stuff to the tank, check it out! Thanks AquaSD! Also have a stunning pair of clowns on the way from Alphacorals. I'll keep that a surprise though.
