First day:
I cleaned the tank glass of calcium deposits. Then filled it up with the old water to get it started.

One week later I went to Petco and rescued an anemone.

Another week later and I get live rock and GSP from someone local tearing their tank down to move. Rescaped and added a HOB cpr aquatics refugium where I put marinepure balls and chaeto in. I also added blackout window film to the back of the glass. I also moved over the tooth coral from the Fluval Evo 13.5g. Forgot to mention I installed the Relassy full spectrum LED lights above the tank. —The last picture is how it looks today :)

Pretty much! Sucks I don’t have a LFS to go to where I’m at. Also, the nem unfortunately had to go as it kept wandering around the sps.

Ive been contemplating swapping my jebao wavemakers for a gyre from them or the new icecaps should be a good build to watch.

I’ve been using the gyre for about a month now and just added on the SCP-90 gyre on the other side of the tank. They are great pumps for the money. I really like them and they produce crazy turbulence. My sand gets a makeover every morning it seems lol.

I upgraded the T5 fixture today, to the ATI dimmable 4x24. Such a great light!
