Will it encrust a rock? Fast growing? Slow?

All the guy said was low light, low flow.

Pretty easy. This one sat on my sand with a strong flow for 8 months. And this is the growth.

And watch out for its stingers. Give a decent space when placing another coral.

It fell off the frag disk. Plan is to run it through a 3 week acclimation and then mount on a rock with puddy

Really depends on the coral. I have some really fast growing favia and some slow. They do like lower light, lower flow, lots of food. They do encrust, so put on a rock you want covered. They are some of my favorite corals.
