This week im finalizing the drain and return locations on the tank build . I'm going with a Bean Animal Overflow. Wanted to get more input before I pull the trigger and finalize it all .

Tank dimensions are as follow , 96”x36"x36", 1" thick acrylic . Overflow will be external , on the right hand side.

I have three 2" drains and two 1.5" returns also on then right side of the tank .

You should be able to circulate 3000-4000 gph with that plumbing and the right size pump. I would think it is adequate.

Area of dual 1.5 inch returns exceeds area of a single 2 inch siphon. Under extreme pumping conditions latter will not be able to keep up. 3,300 gph is generally given as the maximum gravity flow through a 2" pipe. Assuming your weir can handle that, you will be fine. You probably don't need dual 1.5 inch returns; one would suffice.
