When I planned on my 55g tank, I was for sure planning on only 6 fish total. Then stride into coral.

My current stock plan consisted of

2 Ocellaris Clownfish
1 Diamond Watchman Goby
1 Royal Gramma (QT)

However I still can not decide on 2 more.

Like I said I plan on Coral so I prefer reef safe.

Also are cleaner shrimps considered into the Bioload?

I have Turbo Snails, Astrae Snails, and a handful of hermit crabs but they basically clean up their mess.

Cleaner shrimp would be fine and I wouldn't count toward bioload

Appreciate it. I didn't think it would, however wanted to confirm

How are the wrasses with reefs? Any to avoid?

I'd avoid the six line wrasse as they can be bullies, melanurus and yellow coris wrasse are reef safe with caution- might eat small shrimp and snails if they're flipped over but so far mine has been a model citizen.
