Gonna go look at baby bamboo and coral sharks this wednesday.

Question.

Can I put small 10 for $10 dollar hermit crabs in the 600 gallon with the 7 inch long 2 week old bamboo shark?

I dont Carr if the shark wats them or not.

I care only for the safety of the shark

I used to all the time. My bamboos would eat them from time to time, but most survived just fine. Never bothered the shark

The snail look like a Nassarius aka "Zombie" snail. They are awesome, popular sand sifters and are quick to consume leftovers and decaying matter that sink to the bottom, emerging from the substrate like... zombies. The "stem" is its siphon, which it uses to breath and smell. As for the clownfish, I am not sure about its longevity with elasmobranchs, due to its small size (@pandaparties had a Round stingray (Urobatis halleri), a "small" elasmobranch, consume 2 Clowns, an Engineer goby, a Diamond goby, and a Royal gramma ).

A Male. Claspers seen easily in real life. His name is Thumper.


I might have jumped the gun. Got 2 yellow wrasse fish as well.

Was ensured they wont bother the sharks but want to clarify with you fine gents

Yes. The Walking Dead Zombie snails. Far more interesting than I ever imagined. I have 9 now but will definitly get more

Love everything about this thread from monitor to shark lol dream setups future man cave material for me haha, I used to own an Nile monitor and I do miss it, loved to eat ground turkey and eggs for a treat. one day I’ll own an Argus monitor they are one of my favorites although moody

Catsharks - These species max out at 18-28 inches/46-71 cm
- Coral Catshark (Atelomycterus marmoratus)
- Australian Marbled Catshark (Atelomycterus macleayi)
- Spotted-Belly Catshark (Atelomycterus erdmanni)
- Bali Catshark (Atelomycterus baliensis)

Carpet Sharks - These species average 26-33 inches/66-84 cm
- Speckled Carpet shark (Hemisycllium trispeculare)
- Papuan Epaulette (Hemiscyllium hallstromi)
- White-spotted Bamboo shark (Chiloscyllium plagiosum)
- Arabian Bamboo shark (Chiloscyllium arabicum)
- Grey Bamboo Shark (Chiloscyllium griseum)
