6 line wrasse shakes/jitters

I have a 15gal AIO about 3 months old. Yellow watchmen Gobi, fire fish and cleaner shrimp. Whenever I come to the glass it’s like he looks at me and shakes and jitters. It’s the weirdest thing. Does anyone know why he does this?

weird, I tried to re-upload. I’m hoping that’s what it is. His fins also flair.
