Any way I can get this fixed with some kind of heat shrink tubing? Still works great, just scared of any electrical shock, since its always submerged. Any help woold be greatly appreciated. Just kind of odd, where the breaking point is, just feels so brittle.

thanks

Cut where wire is NOT submerged, put on a shrink tube, re-solder the cut of wires (and heat shrink), then you'll need to heat shrink and apply epoxy and make sure epoxy goes into the hole aswell.

Most likely this cable is from a defective batch from a cable supplier we quit using, I would not recommend repairing the cable. Can I get a photo of the date stamp on the pump, it is 4 digits pressed into one of the long sides of the hexagonal body the impeller seats in? It is pressed in with a hot iron and melted into the plastic.
