Hi Everyone
I have been a long time watcher of R2R. However, I have done little to no posting. Hoping to be a more active member with a time line of a new build that I started a few montgs ago. I will keep the thread updated as I make changes. Be patient this will be a very slow build. Looking forward to any pointers I can get from the group. Please excuse the mess in the pictures. My wife and I are switching rooms for this build and I am having a tough time getting her to vacate my new reef room(any tips in this area would be helpful also ). Here's the build specs.
The tank is a custom 6'x27"x24"tall Planet aqarium. Front pane is starfire. PA also made the stand as well.
Sump:48" trigger tideline
SRO 5000 Skimmer
Apex controller with DOS doser
Ecotech pump
Mp60 and Mp40
Radion gen 4 pro lights(x3) yet to be ordered.
BRS dual reactor.
Here are some pics of tank stand, 40 gallon quarantine system(currently cycling) and my old tank that I will be cherry picking from. Looking g forward to lots of help from the group.
