That's pretty awesome dude. Did you buy back your mag from jeepguy?

There's currently 7 mags, 5 haddoni, 3 gigs, 2 bubble tips, 2 mertans, 2 long tentacles, and one seabae :) I think that's all of them lol

What size tank do you have them in and not have them sting each other? I have 2 BTA and wanted to add a had so I but two afraid they would sting each other. Great looking nems!

Thanks and it's a 300 gallon with a 40 and a 70 gallon on the same system and I've only seen a bit of chemical war going on between mags but since I added carbon haven't had too many problems

Okay so had to take the tank down a few years ago but we’re going to try another mixed species anemone tank

There’s only 8 right now I don’t like to have too many in the same tank it’s only 90 gallon tank with a 55 gallon sump

How do you know when chemical warfare is going on between the nems?

I have seen no scientific data to back this up. I would take it with a grain of salt. I've seen mags release nematocysts in the water when stressed, and carbon helps to remove that. I also read on reef central @OrionN thread that he had a mag and gig touch with no problem.

Not really too sure but I have seen nems that are close and not touching but one will be shriveled in the area that’s close to the other anemone but there will still be 4-6” distance between them. Don’t reLlt know if it’s chemical warfare it’s just something I’ve noticed working with all of these anemones.

I’ve had mags and gigs touching but seem to have problems with the gigs and mertans touching :/
