Not my picture but exactly what I have on my glass. Added copepods to refugium about 10 days ago. Related??

They are perfectly normal. You will probably start seeing thousands of them. They will decline in numbers over time.

You have a lot of food floating around in your water, so their population increased. They are filter feeders, they are perfectly normal and only a sign that you have LOTS of particulate in your water.

As your tank settles and particulate is pulled out, their population will adjust.
