Took my first step into the saltwater world. Finally found a home for my cichlid tank and gear and got a RR 75 gallon I believe aqueon tank. Off of everything I’ve read so far a herbie is way better than the two hole durso which the tank came with. So does anyone have a build or know of a build thread for plumbing a durso into a herbie with I guess a hidden HOB overflow nozzle. Sorry for long post but it’s been years in the making and I’m so happy I finally pulled the trigger. Patient but ready to get started. Pics included ( I only got the tank nothing else)

I had the same tank. I did a herbie style in the overflow and just did a black over the rim return nozzle.
If this is the aqueon tank it's highly likely that it is NOT able to be drilled.

Thank you Crabs! Would you happen to have a picture so I could see how you did it?

I don't unfortunately :( But basically what I did was had the primary drain with a gate valve, the emergency drain with a standpipe that came to about where the bottom of the weir teeth were (so no splashing from water falling) and then used silicone tubing from the return pump up to the return nozzle what looked like this.
