So after losing everything to a disease outbreak Im going to slowly start to stock my 75 gallon (48x18x21). This is my current stocking list in order that im going to add them.
Clownfish pair
Banggai Cardinal
Tomini tang
Lawnmower blenny
Fairy wrasse
Melanurus wrasse
Mandarin Dragonet

Is there anything I should change? I also debated adding / swapping something for a lemon peel angel but am worried about them eating corals.

I would not recommend keeping a lemon peel in a 75 gallon. Especially if a tomini tang is already in there. Lemon peels to my opinion can be real bullies and dominate a 75

Gotcha, based off the current list would you say Im close to maxed out? Or do you have any other suggestions?
You are not maxed out if you have an aquascape that makes the fish feel safe. My 75g has 17 fish although a lot of them are small. If you like dwarf angels Coral Beauties are a good choice that usually don't bully or bother coral.

I have a pretty open aquascape (see attached) so ill probably go lighter on the stocking. If theres a worry of the wrasse out competing the mandarin I would much rather have the mandarin. What other suggestions would you have instead of the two wrasse?

I also agree with @Cthulukelele about not putting wrasses with a mandarin. So without the wrasses your stocking list looks good. If you dont like a Coral Beauty you still have room for a yellow watchman goby?
