Following on nice build. I indeed had the Deep blue tank due to the overflow taking up the space. I have the same. Love your stand sweet setup.

Vectra M1 in its new home. I got the screen and barb kit for it. It definitely isn't the best fit like you will read on any reviews. A little sanding and I got it to snug down good. I used this ABS to PVC cement from Home Depot to glue it.
Let us know how you lick the Vectra pump I almost bought that one just curious

I love the Vectra pump so far! I have read a lot about noise issues other people have had but mine is completely silent! I also like knowing it is hooked up to my battery backup.

This is a beautiful tank how are you liking the dual G4 XR15 Pros ?

Thank you! I am really digging the G4 XR15's! And my corals really seem to be digging them too! Right now I am running them at 70% which reaches a max intensity of 48% on the program I am using. There seems to be plenty of light and plenty of spread for my 48" long tank with the 15's. And I've still got 30% to play with. I've got a seneye reef to set up soon so I can start checking some par levels. My Crocea clam sitting on the sand seems happy with the light it is getting too.

That's very good to know about the XR15 Pros , Ecotech told me that's all I need for my 75g 48x18x21in high and I am still a little concerned due to the fact that it seemed like it's to little light for a 48in tank ..., but it seems like you don't think so ?

I would definitely say it is plenty. I certainly don't see any areas where there isn't good light coverage and don't see any shadowing either. I had a single G3 XR15 on my prior tank a 60G 24X24X24 cube and it did a good job on that as well IMO. And the G4 have even better spread. I've got quite a few SPS now too and they all seem very happy and like said still have another 30% if I wanted to crank it up more. I'll post up some PAR readings here when I get the seneye going! Should be next day or 2.

Lestat De Lioncourt, the Dracula Goby, who decided to hide for 8 days before showing himself.

Been a while since I posted an update! Tank is doing awesome and seems to be settling in nicely. I think I'm done adding to it for quite some time and am just going to enjoy watching some growth. About the only thing I really want to add is an acro crab once I get a colony big enough to support it. Fish additions are done as long as all current inhabitants stay healthy and are kicking. Current fish stock list:

2 True Percula Clownfish
Yellow Tang
Banggai Cardinalfish
Dracula Goby
Orchid Dottyback
