My mother was in the lipstick building, exactly next door to the twin towers. I am thankful every day, but especially today, that her quick thinking saved her. If she hadn’t lived then I wouldn’t exist, never forget 9/11. Thank you to all you first responders, even if you weren’t serving during that time, your job is one of the hardest ones out there. Thank you for saving people’s lives every day and thank you for being the same kind of people that saved my mother when those towers fell. God bless you all!

Can’t believe it’s been 19 years. I remember that day very vividly.

I wasn't alive when the twin towers fell, but my father had a friend who was a flight attendant on one of the planes. She wasn't killed in the blast, she was stabbed to death by the terrorists when she tried to stop them from killing the pilots. We watched a replay ofthe U2 performance at the 2002 superbowl and when he saw her name he cried a little. Never forget.

I helped build those Iconic towers and watched them fall. We lost two from my company working there. The young apprentice girl just went out for coffee so she was saved.
