9410 cracked collection cup

So I bought a new 9410 from a small business, and when I got it it looked like ups tossed it out of the truck as they drove by. Long story short the collection cup was cracked, it doesn't seem like it leaks but it's just a matter of time before it does. The vendor is blaming ups and ups is not going to pay apparently.

Best solution?
