My cerith snails are constantly laying eggs. What are the chances this would lays eggs in the shape of a starfish?? LOL

What is the oddest or weirdest thing your invert(s) has done as far as trails, shapes, patterns, etc.
Post pics if you have any

Then I get up this morning and I mentioned these dang asterina stars are all over my Bam Bam coral colony each morning. Uhmmm, I think I found my culprit. The biggest ive seen in 41 years of reefing (I used an Eisenhower dollar for size reference). Not confirmed Asterina though but has all the characteristics of one

Do they lay eggs every day? My nassarius do, it's absurd, I think they spend more time laying eggs than anything else.

I scrape them off to disperse in the water column hoping my mandarin eats them as some sort of benefit.

I have eggs every morning in my 40b. they are about the size of a tic tac and white, never touching but always a group of 5+, would these be nassarius?
