A good deal????

I have a 55 currently but am looking to upgrade to a larger tank.

I found a 125. Comes with a stand, sump (Oceanic Tickle Filter Model 150 plus series), protein skimmer (Oceanic Model 6 plus series), filter media, UV light sterilizer, about 40 lbs of live rock, 2 clowns, one black tang, one yellow tang, and 2 pajama cardinals. I know this sump and protein skimmer are OLD from the reading Ive done. I would guess the tank is prob just as old but from what Ive read tanks last if they are taken care of. If I can get it all for 350, is this a decent deal? Thanks.

After rereading his post. Its not a black tang and yellow tang. He calls it a black and yellow tang. Thats def not the correct name but I guess its still a good deal? Thanks
