A little help please. Put a plate coral in my established tank, all levels good and temp 78. In 2 days 100% bleached out. Put another one in last Monday, same vendor and starting to bleach out quickly. No other corals close by?? Help, going quick. Thank you!

What’s your salinity, alkalinity, magnesium, calcium, nitrates and phosphates?
And what are you using to test these levels? (what brand of test kits)

Are you sure that’s a plate coral? Dies it have a center mouth? Can we have a top down pic?

It looks like montipora or a plate formation sps, and requires certain parameters - alkalinity (crucial), calcium, nitrates, phosphates, etc. lighting is important also. Any incorrect item will cause bleaching and rtn / which is overnight death. Acclimation is important also.
