Ok this doesnt look like a holy grail to me.....so am I wrong or is the only thing that makes this a holy grail the green mouth?

Or would this be a 24k or just a gold torch with a green mouth?

I've attached the 1st pic of torch on ebay in question and the 2nd pic is an actual holy grail.

I am just trying to find out what exactly the torch in the 1st pic is with a green mouth...
