A little worried about my tank!

I just bought two peppermint shrimp the other day and today while I was feeding my tank I realized that only one of my shrimp came out to eat and can't seem to find the other one at all should I be worried and start tearing my tank apart to find it or will I be ok to just leave it there?

If you have a clean up crew, they'll take care of it pretty quickly. Personally, I wouldn't tear anything up trying to find it.
