a qt question using cp

just purchased a powder blue and he needs to be qt,i have cp and that's what I plan on using in the process.it calls for 1/8 tsp for 10 gallons.i'm going to be treating in a 20gal sense that's the biggest tank I have to do it in.my problem is I don't have anything to measure that small of a dose with.what other formula can I use to dose the correct amount in a 20 gal tank. I do have a scale that will measure in .10 of grams so maybe I can weigh the powder?
i know this is not the ideal size tank to qt a 2 1/2 inch fish in but it's all I have to work with.any suggestions?

That scale may work. You want 60mg per gallon. A 20g QT should have around 16g of water in it. So, you will want .95 to 1 grams. I would slowly add powder to the scale until it just flips from 0.9 to 1.0.
