Maybe not useful here, but certainly cool: I did the Behind the Scenes Tour at the new Sydney Fish Market today (I live 5 min walking distance from it.). They have a Live Seafood Holding System to keep lobsters, etc. including one for tropical species at 31C, e.g. Panulirus ornatus, a kind of lobsters which undertake long, single-file mass migrations described as (“they migrate in a line”).
