I had an awesome exeprience dealing with those whom work at ARC. I received awesome customer service, prompt emails to my inquiries and absolutely great products.
The packaging methods were spot on, no container cups here. Heat pack was still warm even after several hours after my delivery. Just the plain and simpkle fact that they take care of their customers and their products speaks voulmes to me as a consumer.
