I am currently having a bit of an algae issue currently. I upgraded my tanked roughly a month or so ago and at the 2 week mark I started to noticed algae started to pop up. Today I put on a Kessil H150 Magenta to supercharge my fuge since my old light in 2 weeks hasn't shown any growth from the marco I have.

I am wondering is it worth it to add an algae scrubber as well? Would it out compete the macro in the fuge, or vice versa?
