Just had to share this as they worked with me to get the best possible solution to my issue, which was:

Bought a Fiji Cube 24 Sump Pro for my Franken-Reef experiment, which comes with the fleece roller.

Put it all together which, as a 6'2" man, drove me nuts with those small nylon screws in tight spaces. I felt like I needed a medal afterwards, then came the fleece roller, the ARF-20. It had a single broken piece, which was odd as it was all packed tight.

Contacted BRS, they responded quickly and before I knew it, I had a RMA for the sump.

With my now blistering fingertips from those dang screws, I replied back and asked if they could send just the roller, and without missing a beat they had created an order for $0.00 for just the ARF-20.

Thought I would share a good experience.
