A3 Optical Sensor Setup

Hey everyone I just set up the Apex A3 last night and I wanted to use the optical sensor as a high level in the sum but for some reason it is always alarming

It is showing it there, the optical sensor and the leak detector are there

Reason I ask is it easy to get them in the wrong port. Also make sure they're plugged in all the way, sometimes it takes a bit of force to make sure it is seated all the way.

Ill check that but i checked the wires twice now and labeled them but ill try and push them in more
