A7 III wifi - Kessil copy

From what I just read about them, they have 100w of power versus the 90w of the Kessil a360x. I run Kessil a360x on my tank.
What size is your tank and I can give you a ballpark estimate of what your PAR will be based on the Kessil, it will be tad higher with the A7.

Thanks! I assume you watched the video that the guy from Spain (I think?) made? We had several videos comparing the light to the Kessil. Apart from his videos, I couldn't find much in terms of reviews or other info.

I bought the A7 last night. It is going over a frag tank: 20x20x8.

It took two and a half weeks, but the A7 arrived. It feels pretty solid. I am not sure why the lens is frosted. it seems plenty powerful. The circular tube stand is very solid and seems like an exact copy of the Kessil mount arm. We will see how it goes long term.

FYI, the app sucks. I am not really sure if I have it programmed correctly or not. I hope to get some frags below this light within a week. Let me know if you have any questions. I will do my best to answer them.

Overall, it seems like a good option so far for only ~$140

Shimmer is the same, had all 4 kessil 360x,500x, a72, a73 is awesome!! love it and no dongle, the app has come a long way I have 10 at 50% over my 10ft x 5ft x 30"high tank, run them at 50% lots of light.

Are these still working for you?

How's the light doing?
I returned it. After messing with it for three or four days, I couldn't get it to connect to my wifi. The app is seriously terrible. It's really too bad, because I had high hopes that it would work well for my frag tank. I would have kept it if I could have programmed it.
