Has anyone ordered from them

do they send you tracking or anything

I am a little worried I ordered something about 5 days ago no tracking or anything.

When I emailed them they responded in very broken English that is has shipped but gave no tracking.

I did get tracking for their orders. However, it normally comes about a week after the order has been placed. They are serious if you ask me.

Yea well this week and nextweek if your making an order from anywere your going to have a long wait, i ordered from marinedepot last monday and the package isnt going to be here till the day before christmas eve, i wouldnt wry

I ordered a few items from them and will order again. Great packaging as well. Dont worry about the lag in the shipping. It is normal.

they are legit. they have warehouses on china and the US.

If you ordered from their us warehouse u usually have it 2-3 days if it's coming from China about 2 weeks

They lie about where its in stock, i specifically ordered from them because of us stock, well after like a week of a tracking number not working i contacted them. Still no tracking number. I ended up getting a missed package memo on my door. Turns out it was shipped from china and the tracking number had two digits reversed. I almost wonder if they did it on purpose because they told me it was coming from the us.

Or it may have just been an accident all together?
Imo fishstreet is a decent online store and trustworthy. There can be a slight language barrier, but noting that bad.

There was multiple conversations where i said i would not be happy if it was coming from china since i ordered from them specifically because of us stock. They never said once it was coming from overseas. They also deleted a forum post i made i made inquiring pubically before i received my package.

I have ordered several Jebao DC pumps from them. from what I understood they will warranty the Jebao pumps, however I have not had to use the warranty... Yet :rolleyes:
Also, they sell replacement parts, even after warranty over, but you had to have bought the pump from them.

That's why I chose them, and I have had no problems, and would order from them again.
