My new reefer 750xxl is arriving in two days and I have been considering the idea of adding an ABS sheet to the bottom of the glass to help keep it from cracking or scratching from the rocks. Is this necessary if I'm using sand as well? I know BRS has an ABS liner on their 160 but I'm not sure if that was just something that came with the tank or if they believed it was necessary. Thanks!
