Acan help! Pest?

So my acan has been struggling for about a week or two. It has one big head and two baby heads. The baby heads are fine but the big head is not doing good. All of my other corals are doing just fine and my params are fine, which leads me to believe it’s some sort of pest. The acan has it’s “guts” outside of its mouth now. I’ve tried to feed it, but there is minimal response. If anyone has delt with this please let me know…

My suggestion to eliminate pests is DIP IT. If there’s any- it will come out

I tried an iodine dip the other day. I could try to do a coral rx dip later today.

How long has it been in you tank?

I believe a month or two. It has been thriving. I was very excited when it put out new heads, but about a week or two after that the problems occured

What par are they under? What is your PO4 and NO3?

According to my API test nitrate is 20 and phosphate is .25 The phosphate one is pretty unreliable and I’m trying to get a new one

Also nitrate is a touch high
