So eckolancer. Share some updates on the rainbow frags to see the effects of the light on them. It has been almost two months now.

t5's are the only way to go. Led's will only work if you add t5's to them will send some pics tomorrow of some of the healthiest acans you will ever see.

Why?

I use an led hybrid whit 2x75w led and 4x39w T5.

My nitrate is about 2-5 on the salifer scale, phosfat at 0.05

Why doesent my acans get bigger, started for 3 weeks ago?

I was running radion Gen 2 fixtures with good coloration I switch well I upgraded to the gen3 pro and now even more bright colors are coming out. fancy lights but no fancy camera sorry for the poor quality pics.

I run a 4 bulb T5 setup with moonlight LEDs on my 40 breeder; bought some acans from Cherry Corals and it took about 6 weeks before the colors really started to look good; overall I am quite pleased.

Really? So far all my corals have grown ridiculously fast under my maxspect LEDs. Guess I should tell my corals to stop growing and coloring up so much...
