Acan stung by torch

Hi everyone. Last night sometime I think my pearly jawfish moved an acan frag I have close to my torch and it got stung. It was okay a single head but was producing a lot of baby heads. It got beat pretty good but I’ve head acans lose 80% of themselves and bounce back. I moved him far away from torch so do you guys think with time and good conditions it’ll bounce back?

I think it will definitely come back... Really depends on the coral how long it will take

Looks like it took a pretty bad hit. I've had acans come back from almost nothing, and then I've had one or two that completely died practically overnight from minimal damage. It's really a coin toss, but worth the gamble. I would just keep an eye on it.

Okay it’s been doing pretty well before getting stung so I’m hoping it will bounce back. I’m hoping since it has all the baby heads(it has like 6) it’ll have a better chance of bouncing back or they will at least survive it I lose that one head
