Hello, so I’ve had my acan for a few months now and it’s always been fluffy and extended. The last few days though it’s been shrunken.

Anyone have an idea what it could be? I’ve tested all my Paramus already and they’re all ideal except for a slightly low than wanted alkalinity. But that’s an easy fix.

What lighting do you have it in ?
They like shady areas

It’s under an AI Prime and aquatic life T5 Comb. It’s been under it for weeks and has never acted like this. And it’s at the front left corner

Acans can deflate. I've seen them deflate for no obvious reasons then look normal again and I've seen them deflate due to flow changes or chemistry swings.

It’s also normal for them to deflate and look really bad right before they sprout new babies, most of mine have done that.. don’t think lighting is your issue they are pretty tolerant to a wide range. I feed mine a lot and that really seems to keep them healthy and growing.
