Acan Variations

Question for the group...

I love Acans but after I lost one of mine early on that had coloration that I really liked I have been unable to find a replacement. Looking through several vendor websites I have noticed that most acans are sold by generic names with widely different colorations/patterns and are almost impossible to fine specific acans/colorations. Is there any specificity to acans to search for particular varieties or is it largely a color morph scenario where each is fairly unique...? Favorite to date is pic related as it is a beautiful mix of orange. green and pink.

I wonder if its because the colors just change too readily based on environmental conditions... Its just odd to me that we have 1000 types of zoas but no specific acans...

I agree! Even the specific acans, like rainbows or lords, have many variations/ morphs
