Tank is about 1 year old, some of the acans are older than that. No clue as to why they started to show skeleton and heads started dying off so I ordered an ICP, recieved ICP test today and everything (except silicon is high) seems to be in line. Lights have not changed and i have been keeping alk steady at 8.5. I will attach ICP results if anyone has any advice i would appreciate it thanks:

Alk 8.5
Nitrate 3ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Ammonia 0PPM
PH 8.1

Dosing Aqua 24 ml of Aquaforest 1+ 2+ 3+
Dosing 280 ml of Kalkwasser mixed at 2tbs
Running Crabon 24/7 in a reactor
Running GFO 24/7 in a reactor

if water chemistry is fine, then it points to a water biology issue - added any recent critters? introduced any worms? Parasites? see anything bothering it after lights out?

It's always hard to say, but there are a few things that I would want to eliminate first:

1) Is there anything that could be picking on them? Fluffy LPS corals are a favorite of many coral-munchers. Any angels, filefish, butterflies, etc, in the tank that might be helping themselves to a meal?

2) Have you changed your flow patterns recently?

3) Any recent additions to the tank that coincide with the regression of your LPS?

4) Have you altered how you feed the tank? Do you spot-feed the corals at all?

5) Is the carbon tumbling in the reactor, or packed tightly? Same question with your GFO.

Your water levels don't look bad, so I'd start looking at other factors when trying to diagnose what's going on.
