I had something similar. After figuring all my parameters are stable, and it is possible there is a toxin too small to detect, I sent a water sample to both tests. https://aquabiomics.com/ I messed around with a bunch of small tweaks, but nothing worked until I amped up UV to 125 GPH x 2 units at .4 - .5 watts per gallon. For 25 gallon Cube.

By chance you have an observed anything messing with them? I just caught a small lamark’s angelfish out of my tank and the Acans started recovering pretty quickly. I did witness him picking up several other LPS, which is why I got him out of there.

I have 2 going. One recirculating in the sump 6 watts, and a mini 3 watts in the return. I noticed some more algae growth, and suspected the return lamp was out, it was. I got a new one, from trusted supplier, and fixed the noticeable algae. I could really see the cause and effect, so I am pretty confident in the sizing and flow is pretty good. My critters do good with eating rock growth still, also.
