Hello, I have a couple frags of acans and it seems like they have closed up the past couple days. Everything else seems to be doing just fine, the acans have been fully open since the day I got them. My tank parameters are stable. The only thing I can think of is I added fish from my QT tank to my DT about a week before the acans started closing. I did testing and my Phosphates were a bit high for my liking at .17 ppm but have since stopped overfeeding and it is down to a .06 now. Could that be the cause of my acans closing and it just needs time to recover?

Maybe too much light? Acans tend to like to be in lower light sections of a tank!

I saw that it could be light but its odd that they would close up now. They have been under the same light for about 2 months. Would it take that long to be effected?
