I’ve fallen in love with the idea of an acan only tank and was wondering if anyone has an acan only nano tank?

You are MUCH better off getting the live rock and just QT it by itself during the cycle to prevent any diseases and you can make sure there no pests in that time too.
You’ll be much better off than starting dry and trying to build up that bacteria. I speak from experience. Dry starts sucks
