Acantho coral skeleton showing

I noticed this morning when my coral opened up there is a spike of its skeleton poking through the flesh now. Im going to assume since its on the top something was messing with it overnight.

Is this going to be an issue or should it recover as long as it isnt happening due to the coral being unhappy.

Looks like it still got the flesh covered with the skeleton. If this does not deteriorate it will be fine.The meat will recover on its own.
