Accessing Apex local

Trying to access Neptune Apex local to limp by during a disconnect, but this is what the display shows the unit's IP as:

Any idea how I might connect to the classic dashboard? Or is this the source of the disconnect problem?

Well, just to update for anyone who has the same problem in the future: after a couple hours with no intervention on my part, the Apex reconnected to Fusion and the IP display returned to, well, an IP address.
