My 110Gal DT is 6 months old and stocked with fish, coral and plenty of algae. It seems pretty logical to QT my new arrivals, snails, urchins, sea hares. The problem is, the QT is crystal clear. It's full of live rock and seasoned water from the DT but no algae.
I'm looking for suggestions on next steps. Do I QT? how long? Can I simply add seaweed and fish food to keep them going until their transfer?
