Account upgrade issues

Hi guys,

I'm getting this error while trying to upgrade my account :

We’re sorry. We weren’t able to complete your payment or set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later.

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

My PayPal is working, can you PM your paypal address so I can manually send the payment (supporting member - 1 year)?
